My experience at Harlingen Medical is one of the best I could have ever wished for. My father was very ill some time back and I remember asking one of the nurses a question and she actually STOPPED what she was doing, came over, put her hand on my shoulder and told me that everything they were doing was in his and our best interest. In her tone and in her eyes I could see the sincerety and that my dad was in the best hands. We were able to stay with him over night and just had some many caring people around us it was easy to relax and know that everything would be ok no matter what the outcome was.

I have had the opportunity to use this hospital on a couple times and found it excellent. My wife has multiple medical problems and has been in Harlingen Medical Center several times and we have always found either the emergency room ...

My father is there now, and the care has been great. I wish I could be there with him, but they have treated him well. The staff onsite there is wonderful. I would recommend. They did a great job with the patients through the hurricane Dolly as well.

AS ONE OF THE FIRST PATIENTS TO HAVE BACK SURGERY AT HARLINGEN MEDICAL CENTER, I MUST SAY I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE STAFF, ROOMS, AND DOCTORS. THE FOOD LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED BUT I APPRECIATED MY OWN COOKING WHILE RECOOPERATING AT HOME.

When I had to have day surgery, I had to pre-register first and the girl that was helping me out was very rude and said that they were not accepting my insurance because the insurance company had not been paying their bills on time. I had to go to another hospital to have my out patient surgery. I will never go to that hospital again. They should've helped me no matter what. I had insurance coverage.
