When my grandfather was admitted to this nursing home, we thought we weren't going to have to worry about his caregiver anymore. Well one day we received a call from the police department stating that they had found my grandfather roaming the streets. Apparently he walked out of the facility without anyone even noticing him.

One can go in and out as they please. They don't have sufficient security to be able to watch over every patient. They need more nurses to be able to give their patients their medications on a timed daily basis.
