Wouldn't take my 2010 Ultra any where else. The staff is friendly and always has my bike ready when they say it will be.

Took my 2000 bike to them for a oil pump / cam plate up grade they talked me into a Tune to help my fuel mileage and preformance the bike ran fine when i dropped it off they have had it on and off for over a year it is still not running correctly spitts sputters and backfires the general manager offered me a trade for a newer bike just to get me off there back but was not willing to give me any better of a deal than as if i came in and wanted to up grade and that was not the deal i was completly happy with my paid off bike until they made it un reliable and un ridable i went along with every suggestion the service manager made engine temp sensor ECM crank position sensor cam position sensor fuel pump ect ect ect still do not have a bike to ride they want to refund the monies for the tune job and have me take it to someone else so they can be done with it all i can say is it really paid off belonging to there MVP club
