Harland PM is managing my condo in La Jolla and a deplex in Clairemont and I have nothing but rave reviews about them. Not only are they very professional about their interaction with me but i have also heard/seen them interact with the tenants. They are professional, fair, reasonable and on top of the problem right away. What I most like about them is that once a property is assigned to a manager, he/she is responsible for that property till the end. This makes it easier for the tenants.
