Food was rushed to table, as we went to eat photographer more interested in selling his photos taken 10 minutes ago, As such a large place felt as if we were being rushed over our meal. If it wasn't for the displays and interest of the place....i could have been in macdonalds on I-Drive!!!

Hard Rock is known for its collection of rock and roll memorabilia. The cafes solicit donations of music memorabilia but also purchase a number of items at auctions around the world, including autographed guitars, outfits from world tours and rare photographs are often to be found mounted on cafe walls. The collection began in 1979 with the gift of an un-signed guitar (a Red Fender Lead II) from Eric Clapton, who was a regular at the first restaurant in London. This prompted Pete Townshend of The Who to give one of his guitars, also un-signed with the note "Mine's as good as his! Love, Pete.

The Hard Rock Cafe is within a short walking distance from the hotel. There’s something for all appetites at the Hard Rock Cafe. Offering quality, classic American food in a unique, high-energy, music memorabilia-packed atmosphere.

I love this place, one of my favorite restaurants in o-town. The music is loud the crowd is electrified. The walls are covered with rock materials guitars from famous bands etc. Great place to eat any day.

Fun place, everyone that works there seems to be having fun. I had the Legend BIg Cheese burger & it was HUGE, like it was 10 ounces, Juicy & very good. It was cooked to Medium the way I like it. Fries were hot & I couldn't eat it all.
We shared a hot fudge brownie for dessert. The servers said the brownie is made in house & it was served warm with Haagen Daz Ice cream & thick hot fudge sauce. To die for. Enough food if you have a big appetite.
I would go back but it's a bit expensive vs the local places. Everyone was nice & friendly to us.
We'll be back again.

This is definitely a fun place to go. The food is above average. It is somewhat of a hassle to get to. You have to walk about one-half mile after you park you car unless you valet park which winds up costing about $20 by the time you tip. If you valet park, you still have to walk about on-quarter mile. My biggest criticism about the valet parking at Universal is that if you are handicapped, they do not give you any price reduction. If you are a war hero in a wheel chair, they still charge the same.
