I am writing on behalf of my daughter because she just picked up her son from the center and she is beside herself. Seems about 2-3 times a week her son comes home with bite marks (some days multiple) and scratches (today 4 on his face). He has only been going a little over a month but he will not be returning. There is never an explanation or writeup as to what happens. No incident reports of any kind. I thought this was required by the State. When your child says they do not want to go, listen to them because there is a reason.

I DO NOT recommend this daycare on behalf of my daughter.

I dont not suggest anyone bring their child here!! I had my 16mt son here for a little over a month. First off whenever i dropped him off in there tiny kitchen several time i saw roaches. I started bring him his own food. During the course of 1 week my son was bite several times on the face & mouth. None of them knew what happened. Thats ridiculous! My son would always come home dirty face & diapers. Sometimes it was soiled other times it was BM. The upper staff members were very rude; epecially the director. They were so disorganized and unprofessional. The daycare always smelled of dirty diapers; never clean. They had little toys for the kids to play with inside and out. Then they had the audicity to send my child to 2yr because he was "mature" Mind you the teachers were pretty good in that class. A chubby white one with curly hair and a skinny dark one. My son did way more in that class then the other but i just felt like he was not even close to two. Why would they send him there? I would repeatly ask them questions and it just seemed like the staff had no clue or experience to even run a daycare.

My husband went to drop of my son at 630am 9i had to go to work early) n he called me and he said hed rather not go to work then have to leave him there. Which is crazy bc even if hes super sick he still goes to work i was shocked. He said when he got there nobody was in the office where "diamond" usually is supposed to be. He said he had to walk in there all the way to the back.(when you walk in the first room is the office then theres a door which leads to the classrooms) he said he just followed the screaming...( which can you imagine any one could have walked in there)he said there was only one lady there with SEVERAL children running around obviously she was understaffed my husband said they where from different ages ...when i would pick him up the director diamond was there with the kids OUTSIDE the facility ON THE STEPS mind you with her 3 kids and my 1 yr old and 2 others just waiting so she could leave. I just though that was sooo unsafe. They dont know how to run a daycare, i mean why would she just have the kids outside the office and classrooms in the front like that. It was still like 5:50 and they are supposed to close at 6. Even if a parent is running late they cant have them outside like that. The teachers are supposed to stay until ALL the kids leave but they just leave and dump who ever is still there with diamond . In my opinion its NOT professional at all they say it opens at 6 but you go and there is ONE person there. And yes the staff could be more friendly . I have gone personally seen them yell at the kids. they hire these young girls who have no patience im talking about the 1 to 2 yr olds. . The only good thing i can say is that in the back where they have the 3 yrs old the teacher is very nice and she does take good care of them she is great. But in the front where they have the younger kids its a mess. If you go into the office read the yellow inspection papers on the wall by the door i read them and well actually having been going there for about 2 weeks wasnt really shocked at what they had found but it was gross. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with young children

I had all three of my children there. All three were picked on by an 11 year old who was physically violent and gropes the younger children. They are understaffed and hire anyone off the street to care for these children. One teacher shook my son's arm. Another kicked a basketball out of his hand because he was getting in the way of the basketball game. The teacher told me in front of Diamond the "Director" that he could not stand my son. The 11 year old sliced my other son's palm with a tree branch and the teacher did nothing. She didn't even tell me! I have the pictures to prove it! Becareful. If your children attend the daycare center check on them. I didn't and I regret it. DIAMOND YOUR A LIAR!
