Hancock Fabrics on Drusilla's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been shorted 1/4 yard of fabric because the employee was too lazy to straighten out the sloppy bolt and cut it correctly. The cutting table is a mess and looks like they leave all the bolts they've cut from for the day just laying around. I've been in line with 10 other people with only 1 person cutting fabric. When she asked for help she was told no. Usually there isn't anyone at the cutting table. But today was it for me. I waited at the cutting table for the woman who was helping another customer to come cut my fabric. She turned and saw me but gave me no recognition, and didn't ask anyone to help me. She continued to help the lady and gave me a glance every now and then.She replaced some bolts around the store and chatted with other customers. After about 4-5 mins she and the other customer walked to the table and she told me she'd be with me in a minute and cut the other ...

The "Hours of Operation" listed with Superpages.com - seen when you locate this store through Google - are incorrect. Superpages lists them as M-F 8-5, but the hours which are posted at the store are: M-F 9:30-5. I have not yet had an opportunity to shop at this location, so the rating on this review is not valid, but I will post a full follow-up once I have.‎
