I force myself to be extra nice and smile to the employees but they were not very nice to me. They are not very helpful with questions, they seem to be bother by them and they avoid eye contact.‎

I called them today and i had to wait for a good while for them to even pick up the phone, then when i finally got someone she asked me what i needed and as i get halfway through she asks me to hold. 5 minutes later she still hadn't returned to help me. I had to hang up. I work as a receptionist and I think it is very tacky to keep people on hold for an extended period of time, as well as cutting them off in the middle of the question!‎
