Wish I would have seen the reviews before I went to this so called Jeweler. All I can say is do not go there. Very unprofessional and rude. The jeweler and service was over priced as well.

I took my ring in to have them mount a diamond in a nugget ring that had 4 diamonds in a circle and 1 in the center - I asked the jeweler to remove the center diamond and mount a little bigger diamond that I brought with me in it's place. After having to get quite upset that they kept telling me it would be ready tomorrow, no tomorrow, etc - no it's not ready this went on for almost a month when I was first told it would be done within a week in the beginning. At the time I gave them the ring it was a solid gold ring -after getting the ring back it had a small hole in the inside and was much lighter since it took them so long to give it back I just got the ring back and left - now however the ring fills with water through the hole they left in it - in which it did not have before and it is not solid -not anymore due to the fact that it can now fill with water - I put off going back to them due to the treatment I received the last time but I was hoping that they would at the very least fill the hole they put in the ring due to fact it keeps filling up with water and then comes out any old time later and is very bother some and - not to mention the missing gold from the inside - in which I am told by other jewelers there is a way for jewelers to remove gold from a ring with out most people noticing and then cover the hole - (but they left the hole) However, I was not going to argue the missing gold due to fact I am not able to proof what they did but I asked they fill the hole - get this - they said they did not put the hole in the ring and they would charge me to fill it?? $30.00- Now I have had this ring for over 10 yrs and there was never a hole left in it -first of all I would have been getting water out of it for all those yrs and besides I know my ring - the jeweler flat out ripped me off and he knows it. I just want everyone else to understand and know what type
