Poor Follow Thru
The phone number listed is a calling center, not the store. They transferred me to customer service. I've been on hold for 10 minutes. The customer care staff you speak to also serve in-person customers--so it can be a long wait. ...

good place for beginning gardner on a budget
Mostly what you expect from Home Depot. I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the service at this particular Home Depot is spotty -- you do actually have to "hunt" an employee down, wait a longish while for one to come to you ...

Called and spent a long period of time on hold and then got disconnected. In general, this store doesn't have it together.‎

I've had the same experience‎
Unfortunately, I do on occasion go to home depot. But only because I have to - i.e. I need to save money on a BBQ or there's not another hardware store for miles. Because in most cases, with really any Home Depot, you could drive to another store and back several miles further in the time it would take you to find a staff member to help. They really do seemingly hide from customers. The customer service people are in fact helpful, but there is usually a long line and they are taking phone calls from angry customers. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes, McClendons, Ace, or really anywhere else.‎

this place is the worst - previous review has to be paid for
I would not tell anyone to go here unless you were desperate to save some dough or you were lost on aurora. The staff literally hides from you. The only seeminly helpful staff are at customer service and they are generally swamped with angry people waiting in a line.
AVOID at all cost the pegasus product line. No phone help should you need to find parts. Other plumbing stores will laugh at you for buying this product line.
Perhaps if the home despot would stop funding race cars and hire and retain professional staff they could get back to their original quality and staffing.

Pros: lots of stuff (when you can reach it) but do you really want crud?
Cons: no staff, generally out of things, poor lumber quality and maybe 2 checkers
