I decided to go to the haircut store in poway for the first time and realized what a HUGE mistake I had made. My best friend recommended I go there because she had been going to a lady there for years, who doesn't work there anymore. The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job and on top of that i paid over 25 dollars. My best friend and I will NEVER go back here again, and I have told everyone not to go to this place because you will end up with a horrible hair cut and hairstylist who will bite your ear off.

Took my 90 year old grandmother here for a cut and style. She is very particular about her hair. The staff greeted us warmly and the stylist (I think her name was Jackie? Jacquie?) offered a great consultation with Gma then gave her the first haircut and style she has liked in a long, long time! What a relief! While waiting for them to finish, I watched as others got their hair cut - men, women, kids, teenagers... this place has a great vibe and they do great work. LA Salon quality at Supercuts prices. YAY.‎

Ida cuts my husband's hair and she does SUCH a good job! I love her! She somehow got him to love her too because he absolutely will not go to anyone else for a hair cut (he drives all the way from PB every couple of weeks to see her in Poway!) He has such unruly hair (especially when it gets long), and she cuts it perfect every time. I'm really impressed with the salon too, not at all pretentious, reasonable prices and great stylists. Very clean too!
