Simply the best

I've been going to Sharon for years now. She's been here a long time as have a lot of their staff. I think says a lot about a hair salon when you have such longevity. In the mean time, Sharon always gets my color right and it says something when no one can tell that an older man get's his color done.

Very Hit and Miss by Khofi C. at InsiderPages

I think they have very inconsistent service. I got a part-time stylist who trimmed much too much hair off and gave me a non-style, even though I showed here exactly what I wanted. After the first pass, I had to get her to clean up the cut a bit.

amazing!

This is a very cute place. They have great haircuts no matter who you get. It is really busy so i understand if the receptionists make a mistake. Its really a great place. Its really easy to find and everyone is really welcoming and friendly. And there is never a long wait. I would definetly recommend this place. Just be understanding if your appt. gets a little messed up. Its a hard job to keep such a busy place so organized.

A sheer disregard for appointments

The most frustrating aspect of this enterprise is an utter disregard for appointments. If you have an appointment, it is extremely unlikely that they will make any effort to adhere to the scheduled time slot. The quality of service is nominal at best.
