Lavonne for Evebrows

Lavonne at Hair International is outstanding for eyebrows. She's fixed every emergency I've ever had, including my damage from other waxings. (When I was "scalped" by someone else in Bloomington, she worked a miracle.I could have sworn I had MORE hair after she was finished and my brows looked gorgeous.) I can't speak for anyone else there, but Lavonne is the best.‎
