My wife and I purchased an Audi A4, which seemed like a good deal at the time. After the purchase, we discovered it had a few problems--scratch that--a lot of problems! Haik was concerned and passionate in making sure the vehicle was safe for my family. Haik walked us through our options and was willing to take care of the car in stages. He suggested to take care of the safety options first, since this is what we could afford at the time. He then started working on the other details which increased the cars performance and reliability. Our car now is awesome!!!! I really enjoyed working with Haik. He is personable, friendly , and detail oriented. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

I need to start out by saying, I will NOT be going back to SBAG! Why would I?
I have Kirk Richter there, who worked on my car at SBAG for years.
I had the light come on in my Mercedes telling me I need breaks?????? Well you know
SBAG would have MADE me not just new pad??????s but rotors too! I feel confident that Haik let me know I don??????t need rotors at this time. That??????s huge to me! Extra money not spent.

I got caught in a bind the other day. As we were getting ready to drive to Phoenix, my brake light switch went out. Haik had me on the road in no time. He's great!

I have been going to Haik's ever since I began commuting from the Santa Ynez Valley to Santa Barbara, and back, daily. Not only do I get my car back in time to drive home each visit, I get updates throughout the day as to anything I wasn't aware of, friendly service, and a sense of safety every time I drive away. I like knowing that the people I'm trusting with my car know me by my first name and can guess by my habits what my car needs, before I even tell them. Luckily, Haik and Kurt know my car- so I don't have to.
