Usually I do my taxes using Turbo Tax at home but this time I was afraid because a past employer didn't provide me with a w-2 so I wanted to make sure I got my money.

The Tax specialist Lauren was really nice and made the process super easy and fast. We felt welcomed and confident that we were getting the most money we could.

Even though we were taken care of, I don't think we will be using their service again. It's pretty expensive compared to Turbo Tax. It's a good deal for someone who wants to save time and effort and doesn't care that much about spending the money.

All in all, I'm glad we went there.
