Now a lot of you might think I'm harsh. But I recently went to Gymboree in the mall. They had sent me a coupon for a certain amount off a certain purchase. The coupon was good thru december 2005. There were no restrictions on this coupon. The girl at the counter told me she couldn't accept it on the purchase I was making because what I was buying was on clearance. I told her that there were no restrictions and if she could show me where it said I couldn't use it on clearance items I'd happily buy something else. Needless to say she couldn't, but was very rude and told me that her computer wouldn't let her use that coupon. I left the coupon and the purchase on the counter
