My appt was in Jan and it took them 4 weeks to figure out my prescription. I called them every week to check when my contacts would arrive. I was told that because the brand was different, I would have to come back in for another fitting (HUH??). I was told it was taking so long because it was a "special order" and they had to be made (HUH??). After calling in every week, the final time I called, they forgot what was going on and didn't know why I was trying to come back in for another fitting. INCREDIBLE!!!

Pros : N/A

Cons : Everything.......from service to knowledge to parking. I will never ever go back to this office nor would I recommend anyone else to go (unless you have plenty of time on hand).
