Left in urine soaked kennel
Left my papillon for 5 days during Thanksgiving Vacation. When I picked him up his paws were soaked with urine and stained bright yellow. Obviously he wasn't taken outside to pee or his paws wouldn't have been stained. They said they take them out 3 or 4 times a day. My dog was not taken out. He doesn't pee on his front paws either. I feel so bad for leaving him there. Please beware of this half assed business. Oh yeah and they never gave him any of the treats I sent with him.

Did not want to provide prescription for heartworm meds. My Doctor doesn't tell me who to buy my meds from but the Vet is going to??? Please... They also had a big problem with the fact that I wanted generic heartworm meds. Give me a freakin break, if generic is good enough for, they are good enough for my dog.
People need to stop going to vets like this, do you really all have so much money that you're fine paying more than double what you should be?

Educating
The Doctors and Staff at Guilford Jamestown educated me on so many different things about my dog that no other vets in Greensboro would take the time to do. They really do care!!! not just in it to make a quick buck. I love to go there. Everyone is so nice and my dog loves them too.

Wonderful service!!
I was very impressed with the service provided. The vet took her time, I did't feel rushed and she explained everything clearly. Plus my dog was not scared, she even got on the floor with him instead of making him get on the table.

Compassionate and caring
I felt like the vets and staff there truely cared about my dog and were there for me during and very tough time. My dogs are very old an they provide good quality care for them and explain things clearly.
