So i walk in i am greeted with the utmost respect but then when i ask a question i am treated like crud. The employees probally think oh well i work here. And i am like But I shop here. Customer service changes would be great. It made me not hate gucci but now i go to the one in miami because it was atroshious.

I recently browsed this store and found that the quality of leather exceptional. This is a very high end store with high end prices, but you are free to browse and absorb the wonderful atmosphere without salespeople crowding you. I did purchase a handbag and was more than delighted with it. Lots of good parking.
