Guaranteed Problems: Nothing but problems and strange policies. Ever hear of a bank not depositing a cash deposit immediately because it was after 3 in the afternoon or how about at all and deny it all together. Staff is almost always rude, non informed and mainly untrustworthy I now regret they have my personal info. I thought it would be good to support a local business but certainly pass this one up. Everything from my card randomly declining for no appearant reason to inconsistant charges on the account. The online service is horrible hardly accessible and charges randomly appear and dissappear. Best of all the online system only shows the address of where purchases were made not who it was made with, a lot of fun that is better get used to google maps. Everything is a hassle even down to getting new cards as they don't bother to send new ones no matter how old your card is. Anything you might request or need expect a guaranteed NO or just try another employee, policies and procedures vary from employee to employee. Need an atm? good luck finding one. Some locations don't even have atms on property. Stay far away from this one if you value your time and money.
