I just opened an account with this bank and am very impressed with the professional and courteous service. The entire staff has been very helpful and accommodating including the people at their customer service number. I would certainly recommend this institution to my friends and colleagues.‎

Guaranteed Problems: Nothing but problems and strange policies. Ever hear of a bank not depositing a cash deposit immediately because it was after 3 in the afternoon or how about at all and deny it all together. Staff is almost always rude, non informed and mainly untrustworthy I now regret they have my personal info. I thought it would be good to support a local business but certainly pass this one up. Everything from my card randomly declining for no appearant reason to inconsistant charges on the account. The online service is horrible hardly accessible and charges randomly appear and dissappear. Best of all the online system only shows the address of where purchases were made not who it was made with, a lot of fun that is better get used to google maps. Everything is a hassle even down to getting new cards as they don't bother to send new ones no matter how old your card is. Anything you might request or need expect a guaranteed NO or just try another employee, policies and procedures vary from employee to employee. Need an atm? good luck finding one. Some locations don't even have atms on property. Stay far away from this one if you value your time and money.

LOUSY BANK: This place operates like a real small town hokey bank. They make a lot of mistakes - and BIG ones sometimes - but don't like to apologize for them when you prove them in error. Then they just try to make it sound like it was your fault. There's a very high turnover of tellers, which is never a good sign, and there's a general negative attitude you feel the instant you step inside.

Horrible service: Not only were they slow they dont answer their phone. Then they ACCUSED me of forging my husbands name, then after having my husband verify that he signed they still gave me a big hassle.
