“Overall, my wedding was amazing, but my experience with Jonathan, the owner of Group Dynamics was absolutely awful. Despite the fact that we ordered my rentals months in advance, he called me 3 days before the wedding and told me he was 6 chairs short of my order. After saying he called everywhere in SC, he suggested to do regular chairs instead of the high-top bar stools I had ordered. I choked up and I told him I didn't think that would work with my lay-out. He said to me, "I can't believe you are getting this emotional over the height of chairs." This brought me to tears and he told me I needed to change my perspective. I called this company on thursday at 1:00 pm told them what I needed and that i needed it that day before they closed. The service was excellent. I got several phone calls from them making sure I was going to get there. I was even told if i was going to be late to call them so someone could wait. I even got a call at 4:00pm telling me it was ready and I could pick it up Earlier.Outstanding!!!!! My return date was that Monday had an Emergency come up with an employee who had to go to Va Hospital which took a little longer than usually he was to return the linen . I call and spoke with the very nice women, they were very helpful. when I saw we were going to be after five I called again and thats when the guy the manager or owner not sure got on the phone and informed me that he was there with his 7 year old daughter and his employees were leaving at five and i needed to get there because he had to take his daughter home. he was very nasty!!! where are my linen and why are there not here. ...
