I called to set up to have someone switch the locks on my doors, and the lady that answered the phone was anything but helpful. She was rude and quite frankly does NOT need to work with customers!!!

I had a 50 year old key that I needed to duplicate. Grotts was the only place in town that could do it for me. The gentleman knew exactly what model my key was and made a duplicated in a jiffy.
