I take my very small dog there. I pay extra to have the express service to bring her in at 9 and pick her up at noon. The people I find very friendly and are extremely busy. They try very hard to please. My dog looks the best coming from there than from any other groomerI have tried, though it is never perfect. The price is worth it. I am very happy and the customers I see picking up their dogs all seem pretty happy.

I have been taking my maltese here for almost a year now. i have never been completely satisfied with their work, but my last visit is the last time i will take my dog there. they usually take the whole day (from 8 am until 5 pm) which was nice sometimes when I had to work, but they were extremely unresponsive and rarely answered their phones. My last visit was disasterous. my dog came back with an average haircut, but she was in constant pain for almost two weeks because they clipped her too close. They also did not call me at all. Once I got home from work, there were no phone calls and no messages. The shop was due to close in only 3 minutes. My son was suppossed to go pick her up but he never received a call to his cell phone. I tried calling but it went straight to voice mail. I am extremely unhappy with this grooming shop and would not reccommend it to anyone to anyone, espescially someone looking for a quality place to have their pup cleaned up.

It took them from opening to closing to finally call to tell me my dog was done. She came back with a very shaggy and choppy cut, which was nothing close to what i asked for. The people were not exactly friendly but not hostile, however it is nearly impossible to reach them because their phone goes straight to voicemail. definately not a place I am going to return to.

I took my puppy there for a total of 3 visits. Each time it took them 6 or 7 hours to let me know my puppy was ready to be picked up (even after requesting shorter visits). While waiting for my puppy to have her cut finished I could hear her yelping in the back. Did not cut her hair like I had requested. I would not recommend taking your dog there.

Grooming Extraordinaire cleaned and groomed my golden retriever. I wanted him trimmed so he would be cooler during the summer, and they did a great job. They did exactly as directed. They do take about 4 hours and I waited about 4 weeks. The cost was $65. However, they combed out all the loose hair

CONS: long wait for appointment and price is high
