Although this store has a good selection of grips, and performed my regrip in an hour, their high prices and poor customer service heavily outweighed any postives.

One of my Winn Hybrid grips (installed by Grips Fast) developed a large split in the seam on my 5 wood. Even though the grips were less then 5 months old, and played on only a few times per month, the store was not willing to replace the 1 grip for me, and had no answer when I asked what Grip Fast or Winn's warranty was.

My grips on my 5 and 3 wood were slightly misaligned as well(installed by Grips Fast), which Grips Fast insisted was due to loose shafts on the clubs, which he wanted $20 each to repair.

I decided to take my business to Haggin Oaks, who regripped my 2 clubs with the same Winn grips for 8.99/grip vs. 12.99/grip at Grips Fast, and did it in only 5 minutes! Haggin Oaks also did not think the club shafts were loose.

I don't mind paying a little extra for good service (like REI), but Grips Fast high prices and and poor service left me with a bad experience overall.
