Called for a service call on sand filter change and pump motor change, and fix whatever needs fixing. Seven Weeks later, two tech's coming out. Nothing is resolved and pump still not able to run due to a broken part. Called Griffin and explained we need to get this resolved was told by service Manager Nancy wouldn't come back out until I paid the bill of $400. I explained I would pay the $175 sand filter change but not the other for the pump until it is up and running properly. I didn't ask to much. Just for the pool to be fixed correctly. I was called a liar by this company. Am now filing in magistrate's court to resolve. CAN'T deal with Griffin pools. Very untruthful and sneaky.

We purchased a pool from griffins5/2007. 1 year later I have stuff growing thru our liner.We paid for installation and preperation of the groung for the pool. Amazing that aint covered under the warranty. Noone has come out to look at the problem but over the phone they could tell me theat it would cost
a thousand dollars to fix . hmmmm. i have tried to contact the owner STAN GRIFFIN he wont even call me back . never again people listen NEVER AGAIN lets see how long i wait for satisfaction

I purchased a pool from Griffin Pools in May of 2004 and everyday was difficult in working to achieve set contract. I was told in the purchasing phase that the pool would be installed within a two week period and it took the entire summer to complete. Griffin Pols came on the site tore down a portion of my privacy fence, dug the huge hole, leaving the entire bachyard and most of the front torn up. The hole in the backyard remained for approx. six weeks before anyone followed up to finish the install. The hole was a major hazard for the new community, it was full of water throughout the six week time period. They assured me they would have it resolved within two weeks(They started on June 21, 2005). I am still trying to get it fixed(five weeks later). They say they are still working on it.
