My roomate and I live at the Vineyards in Colorado Springs CO. under Greystone of Houston Texas. The management company has not repaired or painted areas of our unit in the 3 and a half months we have lived here. Our heat will not operate properly as there are no vents on the unit therefore the pilot will not stay on. The office here has had tremendous turnover in just 3 months! We are constantly being told that the maintenance will be back with parts to repair such things as outlets!, the gas logs(which are not working), tiles coming up from the floor! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY TO LIVE IN A FACILITY BEING RUN OR OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!
