I no longer see Dr. Gregory because I live in Houston now, but have yet to find a vet that I like as much! He went above and beyond on many occasions to help me with my dog. He is gentle, caring, and really seems to love animals. I keep thinking it might be worth the drive to go back. Highly recommend him.‎

I found this hospital and Dr Gregory to be wonderful. I had to rush my cat to the clinic after he had a reaction to some sedation medication and was panting and overly stressed out from a specialist across town. I had never been to this clinic before but knew that it was the closest to where I was and where I live. I was able to rush him and everyone started helping out right away. Turns out he just needed to calm down and get some oxygen in their oxygen tank. Dr Gregory was wonderful and so sensitive to how freaked out I was. He told everyone to try and be quiet so that my cat could calm down. He moved him to a quiet area in the back and let me sit with my cat for as long as I wanted. He even asked the staff to help find me something to read while I was waiting. I could not thank the staff enough for letting me come in and stay with my baby and for them taking good care of him. Dr Gregory has gained a few more clients in this family!!‎

Understanding how hectic and mundane work can be sometimes I'm always mindful of workers' attitudes. I've often thought, eh their just having an off day. However, Pearland Animal Hospital West just fails to deliver on every visit. On more than one occasion in the span of one month the front staff were cold and insensitive to their customers's needs. They never knew who I was even after putting my dog down. The doctor although highly knowledgeable somehow works around the truth of the matter. The doctor visits along with the required tests are not mentioned prior to the examinations only to be cornered to pay a $300+ bill before leaving. With a fee so high, youd think customer experience would excel. Wrong. Im a regular to this clinic and my dog sadly enough was treated too late. This establisment is money hungry, prices are high only to be left with problems unsolved and poor customer experience and pet-doctor interaction. I would recommend low cost clinics around the ...
