TWO HOURS PER WEEK, A FEW MONTHS, and...LIFE CHANGED. It's really as simple as that. I have tried for years to get myself in shape, and balance work-out with a busy work schedule. Now I go for only TWO HOURS PER WEEK (I am still amazed it's only that)....to ghfitness and instead of trying to sweat the most, I learn how to manage my diet, my exercise, and my overall health. I lost 20 pounds, halved my body fat, and didn't feel like it was all that difficult. I go, they teach me how to isolate key muscle groups so that the exercise is safe, and very productive....and I hardly even break a sweat but see incredible results and an actual change in my body type. No more blaming genetics, and no more worrying about injury each spring as I try to whip myself back into shape. Now it's education, muscle isolation, and two hours per week for me.
