Poor Management!!
I was very dissapointed with my experience at Greensboro National and will not return EVER. I organized an event there and the manager was impossible to reach. The caterer was nice but never wrote anything down or remembered our talks. The day of the event, management promised to be there even if we rained out since we were still going to have lunch. The manager never showed, the room was not set up as we needed, the microphone didn't work, etc etc. The list goes on and on. The guy at the pro shop was extremely rude and when we wrote a letter of complaint, the owner conference called us with the manager and caterer on the line who denied everything. The manager even said she was there the whole time! She was clearly not there and even the staff said she wasn't. The owner ignored our complaints and did not offer any apoligies or discount. They are WAY too difficult to deal with - it's not worth the frustration.
