We are very happy with the performance of this company, from start to finish. The owner, Vick, spent a lot of time computing various window options for us. The project was a 16 unit apartment complex where Greenhouses Etc.installed 79 windows. The installers were meticulous. The windows were, very professionally, installed, trimmed, caulked, and even cleaned. The windows perform very well and we have had no leaks or problems. We would definetly use Vick again. We have several rental properties, so are quite used to having contractors do work for us. Our experience with this company is one of the best we have had.‎

I was worried about the previous review and I might understand why. I have purchased windows from this retailer three times now. This last time, 9/27/2008, I met Vic (new owner). He spent a great deal of time understanding my needs and I ordered the Milguard window from him. I would positively give this retailer a good rating and will continue to give him my business.‎

This place has the worst customer service ever! It is a small neighborhood store without the friendly neighborhood feel. From the beginning, when the installers showed up without tape measures to measure my window, I knew thing were going to be bad. They ordered one of my replacement windows almost a foot short, but didn't realize it until after they had completely removed my old window. Took a week and a half to get a new window. One of the screen doors for my patio door didn't fit- took 2+ weeks to get a new one. These were just the BIG issues that went on! About half way through the job I went in to talk to the owner about how unhappy I was with how things were going and he bascially told me too bad, he was there to make a buck and that all he could do was listen to me complain. Didn't even offer any sort of apology for his mistakes. Then he called before they had finished everything and asked for the balance due! I highly recommend going with a bigger company who takes ...
