First time I used TL -- though everything smelled great, there was no question of cleanliness. I needed to refold everything.

Obviously when we launder our clothes it is not just about how clean...we also like things a wrinkle free as possible. When I do my own clothes I shake them out and try to remove as my wrinkles created by drying. Also it seems that 2 or 3 people folded my things because many of the same items were folded differently.

My cousin owns a number of laundry mats in Rockland and they put as much care in folding as they would if it were their own garments.

Great service that promotes organic, green dry cleaning. I had some stains that wouldn't go away at other dry cleaners but they were able to remove them at the first try (don't ask me how, that's dry cleaning magic, I guess). I hate paying for wash and fold and my clothes come back smelling like chemicals, maybe not even chemicals but not something I want to rub against. Todd Layne offers everything from Tide to organic Seventh Generation detergent. The fact that they let you choose juts makes sense and is emblematic of their desire to please their customers. We were also given two free Todd Layne laundry bags upon starting services with them. Convenient online pick up scheduling also is a huge perk. I would send anyone to them with great confidence.

These guys really know what they're doing. They have always done an exceptional job with my dry cleaning, have never lost any of my clothes nor have they ever damaged them. I trust them completely with my clothes. Another thing that's great about them is that they keep your profile in their database so it's very convenient and they'll know exactly how you want your dry cleaning and laundry done each time. I think they also provide excellent customer service. They really value their customers business and will really do anything to keep u coming back to them. Their staff is also very friendly and accomdating, and they also have a very pleasant store if u prefer to pick up your clothes. I've been using Todd layne cleaners for over a year now and recommend them to all my freinds. If you want clean and fresh clothes each time, backed by customer satisfaction, then this is the cleaners for you
