We went on a Saturday and it would have been impossible to park had it not been for the $5 valet parking. I hadn't been in a while, but it was pretty much the same as I remembered. It's right on the beach and you have a nice view, depending on where in the restaurant you sit.

I had a shrimp taco that was awesome and then the fish taco which was just ok. Since it was busy, the service was a little slow. It felt like it took forever for the server to take our first drink order.

The place is very casual, with a lot of people fresh off the beach. I didn't have my daughter with me, but would have no problem taking her there. There's enough buzz to keep her entertained people watching and noisy (though not obnoxiously so) enough to where a few squeals here and there won't bother anyone.

I had a very nice experience here, however I attribute it more to the company and the view than I do the food or the service. Their dishes are pretty ordinary. I had the fish and chips and it was good, but not breath taking. Just your ordinary fish and chips place. This place is not very inspired. I think it mostly generates business because of its amazing location. Right on the boardwalk. I've also heard brunch here can be good and I'm sure the people watching is awesome. I did have a nice table with a perfect view of the sunset. Although, there was no green flash. I have yet to see the green flash....

Green Flash, I think it's a rumor. I've never seen one. But I like getting a beer at this place after another unsuccesful attempt to get a glimpse. Dark, dank, dingy little place right off the boardwalk with some salty dog regulars hanging out at the bar. The kind of guys you figure were probably in the same stools at closing time the night before. Still, a good place to stop in at and toss a couple down.

Good Restaurant-Nice Waitstaff
I ate here recently with my boyfriend and we both had splendid meals. They brought bread to our table along with our drinks and appetizers well before our entrees came out (they did take a little longer than usual). But we had the beautiful Ocean and sunset to look over, so it really didn't bother us at all!

Also, not only was the waitress friendly and helpful, but so were the people sitting at the table next to us! They struck up an amiable conversation with us.

We all ended up having a nice chat before they left, and then we finished our meals, which were both delicious, and left us stuffed! The location is ideal, right on the boardwalk in PB. So, after dinner, we walked back down the boardwalk, along the beautiful Pacific, to our car.
