Although most of the time this CU is at least decent, numerous minor problems we've had over the last couple of years have added up to the point we are going to another CU. Here's a synopsis. 1) My wife went to Prague with a girlfriend of hers for 10 days. Before she went, I went to the CU in person and asked them if she would have any problems using her ATM card overseas. They kind of looked at me like it was a stupid question and said of course she can use it overseas. When she got there it did not work for the first 3 or 4 days, and the CU could not explain why. 2) I have been locked out of online access three times now, without explanation, and have had to have my password reset. 3) The last time I was locked out, when I got back on my entire online history, including checking account, savings account, and checks - had disappeared. When I told them this online, their answer was that my history had been purged during the "conversion" - whatever that is. I certainly ...
