Your just mad because your irrisponsible and cant keep track of your own account! Stop blaming Greater nevada for your stupidity! EVERY bank has overdraft fee's, so heres a solution, STOP OVERDRAFTING you idiots. be responsible and keep track of your money, I work for this company and id have to say 90% of members are very nice and respectful and love the credit union, its idiots like these people that hate us because they get butt hurt over their own stupidity. we dont "cheat" people out of money, you do it to yourself and to save embarressmant you have to blame us, i cant stand members like you and you make yourself look like total jerks when you come in and complain and raise hell over something thats your own fault! CRY ABOUT IT.

WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION I HAD,EVER!!!
Never have i ever dealt with such "UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER"!After having phone contact with this Rep named Jason,I was furious!His comments,his lack of having any or little communication skills and his poor attitude and disposition was so bad,it actually reflected on my attitude.I found myself cursing at him with absolute anger towards him.After i hung-up,I was walking circles and couldn't believe what had just took place!I wanted to call back but was so frustrated,I couldn't.So i sent e-mail,wrote letter's and never recieved a response.I refused to talk with anyone by phone til i was contacted from other letters,notes and e-mail i had sent,but still no contact was made with me.Well to say the least,I'm a hard-hit casuality from our current economic downfall.I found myself slowly falling further behind week after week.I went from up to $57,000.00 a year to under $30,000.00 for 2008.I was not quite 3 months behind on my car payment and i was contacted by a repo-man.So i called and was given a ph # for a lady(?) who handled repositions.I called and "WOW",I was floored again,completely.I spoke to a Stella.What a b!%ch she was!It started out with,Me:"I'm sorry,but your phone is muffled,and I'm having a hard time understanding you".Stella:You know what,that's your problem,not mine".First off,for her to even say that was like a shock.But the way she said it with complete anger and a completely poor attitude and disposition was unlike anything i had ever in my 54 years dealt with in the past."I WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS DIRT!!!A PIECE OF TRASH".It wasn't just the few comments she made or how she stated them.It was the entire 10 minute or so from begginning to end!She carried an attitude,and spoke in such of a manner towards me with no respect,no professionalisum,no courtesy and lacked any compassion what so ever.You would think she would try to work something out to resolve the situation,but didn't even try.I had it after her,and gave them the car.GNCU.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst business establishment i have ever come across!
Im not quite sure what kind of facility is being ran here but this financial institution is absolutely the most backwards bank i have ever trusted my money with. Numerous times i have been wrongfully charged overdraft fees. When i call to get it straightened out i end up spending an hour arguing with someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, finally ending with them fixing their mistakes without so much as an apology. Most times i have to wait almost a week before anyone even responds. I thought it would just be easier to actually go into the bank instead of calling but i was very wrong. I was told that i needed to call because they could "see" more. Nobody in the building would do so much as lift a finger to help me. When a person's financial situation is being corrupted by their own bank and they are unable to even get decent service than it is time to move on. Whatever you do, do not trust your money with them, you will regret it.

behind the times, no help.
I want to pay over the phone-not happening they are not up to date to do this
I want to change my due date 4years now-not happening-I wrote a letter as they requested and they denied to change due date from 23rd to 10th of each month.DENIED, no reason
I request name correction 2years ago, still not corrected.
Need to get assistance on the phone, not happening, need to write letter they say.
since i have a co-signer, I am not even considered important and cannot make any changes without contacting my co-signer, who I no longer even talk to, it doesn't matter that I am the one putting out the money, this company it bad and too bad i am poor and have to use them....
