I Agree!! They are the worst!! The doctor rushed me to get all of my dental work in the last two weeks of the year to "use up" my insurance. The dental insurance company never preapproved the work and I am stuck with a $900 bill.

The doctor was a quack and the fillings fell out. These people should be out of business.

By far the worst experience I've had with any business (dentist or not). They are known as the Scam Dentists/ The dentist there by the name name Gurman Sahi will use the office staff to nickel and dime you. You can't get any information from her on how they are charging you but she just loves to tell you a million and one things you need to have done at outrageous prices. Obvious they are putting profit over integrity. The whole staff pressures you to get "this and that" done, which of course your insurance won't cover and you don't need. I'm guaranteed four cleanings a year through my insurance and was REFUSED a cleaning by them because they stated I needed a deep cleaning which they were going to charge me $1000 dollars. I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion and was told it wasn't necessary. More lies. Prior to this incident I needed fillings done which they charged me $900. A year later, one filling fell out. I made an appointment and when I arrived they had me wait for an hour and a half for the dentist to see me. I was told an emergency came up for a person with a chipped tooth. Bullhsit, because I saw/ heard her (Gurman Sahi) giving a regular scheduled cleaning to another patient. MORE LIES. Finally, they tried to charge me $15 (without even applying the $10 dollar credit on my account with them from an earlier visit) in addition to the $100 they charged my insurance, only to tell me that the hole wasn't a missing filling, but my tooth chipped. I know my own tooth and know what a hole from a missing filling looks like. They will lie instead of taking responsibility for poor workmanship and repair it free of charge. It's the reasonable thing to do for a customer who paid $900 to have this done less than a year ago. Instead, they want to charge me an additional $200. I finally had enough, declined to have this procedure done and left after paying my deductible and grabbing my x-rays (another 30 charge). The receptionist had the audacity to try and charge me $15 for a computer print out on something she just charged $30 to my insurance company. I paid my the $5 balance on my co-pay with a $20 bill and was told they didn't have change and wanted me to pay with a credit card. (mind you this is the second time this happened to me with them/ reason I had a $10 credit from my last visit). Finally, the admin. personnel took change from a bag in a draw when i refused to use a credit card. I've never been so offended by the way they prey off patients and with their unethical practices. I mean, please by all means, avoid patronizing Dental Health Group (SW 160th Ave/ Dykes Rd, Miramar, FL) and Dr. Gurman Sahi and her staff. Pass this information on to others that may go here. Businesses like this need to be boycotted and blacklisted.

Dental Health Group is by far the best dentist I have been to! The staff is great! I went in for teeth whitening, and had a great visit. I highly recommend them to anyone!
