This establishment is run by seasoned con-artists that will only tell you what you want to hear. I was ripped off and am still, over 8 months later, trying to get them to stop withdrawing monthly membership fees from my bank account. What a horror!! Faxed copies of cancellation, talked to numerous company reps that "re-affirmed" my membership cancelled. no worries, etc. only for them to continue to bill me. I cannot get this thorn pulled from my paw!! HELP!!!!!!!!! MY only recourse at this time is small claims court, which is a pain but will be worth it if only one more person tries to put effort into exposing them.‎
