Accomodating and courteous people was our experience. Last month my husband and I walked into the Granite Outlet searching for a particular design I had set my sights on for our new kitchen. They did not have the design, however they immediately offered to help us in our search and were successful in doing so. The fact they helped us buy from their competitor in order to meet OUR needs is why I felt the need to write this review. Although our experience was limited I most definitely recommend this store.‎

price was twice more than terico but the slabs turned out to be junk!! they were very uneven thickness. after installed, they were more than 25% different (about 1cmm )in thickneess on laminated edge, so obvious to eyes. I mean it was 25%thinner than what I paid for which is way below the standard for kitchen. I complained to the guys,the manager( I guess owner)would not try to listen, only insisted on their top quality, accused me of trying to get "free stuff" i never asked for. he accused me of being fraud instead of apolozing. I checked other granite store in gilroy and their slabs had even thickness. they need to let consumers know what we are paying for! i used very top of the line tiles for kitchen( like $50 sq ft) but this big kitchen project has been ruined by them.‎

I have never been treated like this in my life. I used very top of the line tiles for my kitchen (like $50 sq ft for material) but I feel this big kitchen project was ruined because of their granite not to mention this mistreat. They should let consumers know what we are paying for.
