Lies, lies and more lies
An extended warranty was purchased with a stove from Grand Central. Three months ago, the stove broke and has yet to be fixed. At the time of purchase, the warranty was represented as being through Grand Central however the owner has now changed his story at least 4 times and not only was rude and screamed when confronted about the unacceptable time frame, during the latest call, he stated Well why don't I call [repair company] and tell them not to come at all. Then you can do whatever you want. We also had an issue with a rather expensive entertainment system a few years back and I ended up doing the promised repairs myself. Beware of this company and it's fraudulent practices!

We needed a range and kept searching online everywhere, even on ebay and all retailers we knew. The look on grandcentral's website was disappointing, only ge brands listed and way too high prices. So we did NOT go the 35 miles to walk in. ...
