A complete scam! I had Graham to my home to service my A/C unit - I had just purchased a new condo. The two men that showed up barely looked at the unit and dramatically said I needed a completely new air conditioner and that I probably needed all new duct work too. They would not even do the service because "it was so bad". Luckily I had a handyman in the next room painting. He suggested a second opinion and gave me the number of another A/C company. This gentleman was at my new home for 2 hours combing over the system and checking the ductwork. To my pleasant surprise - the unit was working great! And he said my ductwork was clean and installed "above average". He cleaned the unit and charged me $75.00, instead of about $5000.00 that Graham was recommending. Please don't let this company near your home! Glad I wasn't foolish enough to listen.
