Dr. Grade truly has magic hands! He's very good at making new patients feel relaxed and comfortable...explaining what chiropractic is and answering all questions before beginning. You won't find him wearing a white doctor's coat...which just goes along with the casual style of the office. His staff, while mostly high school students, is polite and professional and everyone has a great sense of humor. They do what they can to get you an appointment -- even last minute. And the business hours are great! Some days he starts early in the morning and other days he stays later in the afternoon, making it easy to get an appointment at a time that's most convenient for you. The office offers massage therapy as well as chiropractic adjustments. It also gives patients the option of purchasing a series of 10 services for a reduced price. These are transferable among family members and are a nice perk. I think the best thing about the office is his massage therapist, Wilda! She is absolutely amazing!!!! They say the sign of a good massage is if the client gets so relaxed that they practically fall asleep. Well, I've fallen asleep several times, thanks to Wilda.
