They showed me that I had a leak under my floor SCAM
Mr Grace himself came into my home and told me to fix the leak under my floor would be thousands of dollars. I got a second and third opinion and they both said that Grace plumbing is scamming me. I had no lead and it was a pipe in the wall (that was exposed when he came in) that was leaking. It cost me $60.00 to fix. Grace Plumbing is well known for telling you of leaks that aren't there.

These guys found out broken pipes hidden under the house without having to cut through wall and destroy my living room. They even showed me how to use my home owners insurance reimburse me for most of the bill thanks for going the extra mile.
