I took my eight week old puppy for his first Vet visit. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and would recommend to anyone. The vet was so friendly and gentle with my "Buddy."

Pros: Convinient Location and atmeshere was so great

Overall: Started my relationship well but then the quality of the vet and the staff just kept on getting worse. They misdiagnosed both dogs, and one dog had major skin problems and ended up at a specialist and the other dog had cancer and due to misdiagnosis had to have surgery which probably could have been avoided.

Value: They overcharge and will not give out referrals even though they say they will.

Service: They complained about my kids. Started out well, but the staff was rude after awhile.

Quality: too many misdiagnoses

Pros: convenient to me in University City

Cons: bad service, misdiagnoses, cost me a lot of money in excessive medication and doctos bills and unnecessary doctor visits at the vets request.

Price Range: $50 - $100

Recommended: No
