Recent accident almost totalled a beautifully maintained 2001 Mazda Mellinia. Gordon's crew, in less than a week, had the vehicle looking better than the day it came off the assembly line.

In the market for a new vehicle. Came across a 2006 Equinox. Would have walked off the lot with it. However, noticed a bullet hole in the windshield and a nail in the tire. I kind of wanted that fixed as I had a hard time spending 12K for a vehicle that looked like it had been in a drive thru shooting. The windshield after arguing with them would get fixed even tho it happened on their lot. The salesman said kids had been shooting at the windshields from the road. The tire they refused to budge on saying that could have happened on the test drive of all 5 minutes. NOT! They said I could go purchase tires after I buy the vehicle. So let me drive the car on the test drive, wreck and get injured from a nail in the tire. I probably could have gotten the car for free than - RIGHT! Lousy customer service but typical of a car dealership.

After hours of shopping it was nice to find a dealer that cares. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from and they will lay out your options for you. If you want a honest dealer that will work for you stop at Gordon.

Took my car there for service and the service manager was extremely rude and used profanity. Called me a lier and claimed I was out to get him??? umm ok- yeah GET a LIFE!!!! Go elsewhere is you need service like Ferman Chevy.
