They don't have toys even though they get them donated. I was told they're taken to a different store in San Diego. Really sucks for the people who live near this one.

Also, I was buying a decoration item that was broken and planned to have my husband try to fix it. It was pretty overpriced so in case it couldn't be fixed, I asked if they could discount it a bit. I got MAJOR attitude and they refused to discount.

Overall bad experience. Nice new two story facility though.

I used to be employed with this company. Rachelle the leader is incompetent with no leadership qualities and training. She is a horrible leader. The company should fire her, and hire somesone else. That is why the company is suffering due to poor leadership. '
