they have a lot of pretty things here, but part of why one would go to small, expensive store is to get good customer service in the form of helpful advice. one of the women who works at the location on SW bridgeport road inaccurately described an expensive rocking chair we could order and when we caught her at it (simply by looking on our iphones on the company website!), she became rude and angry! on the other hand, we had had a good experience in the portland location...‎
