I got hit in a parking lot on Wednesday and took it to Gonz. By Friday I had picked up my car and was ready to go. I did''t have to worry about anything, they got my rental and everything.

BEST BODY SHOP EXPERIENCE!
I must say that this shop treats every customer with such care! I was so scared when i got into an accident. I came in and the team at Gonz took care of the entire process, the complex paperwork and phone calls. I picked up my car and it was PERFECT! They even buffed the entire car so the entire car looks new!

I have a classic car and they did a really nice job! This lady Kelly must be confusing gonz with some other shop. The owner pointed out some stuff on the car that i didn't even see and they took care of it on the spot, they buffed my car and gave me a free wax!

WE WERE REFERRED HERE BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A BODY REPAIR. THEY TOOK WEEKS LONGER THAN THEY HAD STATED AND WHEN WE FINALLY SAW THE CAR, THE PAINT COLOR WAS WAY OFF!! IT WAS A MESS TO TRY TO GET THEM TO CORRECT THE MATTER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
