Poor Customer Service and lack of delivery of promised goods
We ordered very expensive patio furniture and were required to pay 50% down at the time of order. The product was promised within "6-8 weeks" but the owner stated it normally arrives within 4 weeks. It has now been 4 months, still no furniture, but they have charged my account.
I am having to dispute this with my financial institution and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The owner is now being very rude and non-responsive, stating this is not his problem and he does not control shipments.
Will never attempt to do business here again!!!
