purchased a gold ring for myself and it was awsome

I took my grandmothers ring into goldsmith to have them reset the diamond. Later on the original setting was "lost" and nothing was done for them losing the gold. They also fused platinum and white gold to where the engagement ring i bought my wife broke twice. the first time they fixed it and we later found out they fixed it with white gold on the platinum ring. My wife just took it back in and they said they would take care of it. When she went in to pick it up the OWNER made her pay 100 dollars for fixing it and was not going to give it back until we paid for it. Don't EVER go here.

I visited Goldsmith Jewelers after many friends had recommended them for their great service and wonderful results. I met with David to assist me with designing very personal gifts for my two sisters and myself. Following our conversation, he captured the essence of my sisters personalities and designed 3 beautiful pieces for each of us. Mr. Robinson was equally attentive, and provided renderings of the pieces so I could "see them" before they were created. My sisters were thrilled, and I could not have appreciated their wonderful service more. Highly recommend this jeweler, for both their wonderful service and their beautiful work!

I recently was in the market for a Pair of Diamond Stud Earrings for my wife and a friend referred me to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe. I walked in the store and was greeted with a friendly helpful associate. My first thoughts were wow look at the selection of merchandise. I was impressed with the associated taking the time to explain to me that they have been in business for 27 years and they are a Full Service Facility ranging from repair to custom design. I was impressed the associate took the time to explain about Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe before asking me why I was there. The associated then understood that I was looking for a pair of Diamond Stud Earrings for my wife. The associate even took the time to ask questions about my wife so she could better understand what may work best. I found the perfect pair of earrings for my wife and I actually came in under my budget which was a nice surprise. I will return to this store for all my future needs and feel comfortable to refer all my acquaintances to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe as well.

I bought a modest ring from Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe in 2001. It was all I could afford at the time. I shopped around several of the local jewelers and even shopped a few large chains. Goldsmith was the ONLY store to treat me as well as the man buying the Rolex next to me. I was not treated any less valuable than the "big spenders".

They helped me out with the price and even allowed me to put it on lay-away so that I could make payments on it. Because of the respect (and huge selection of jewelry) I have not shopped for jewelry anywhere else.

I got engaged in 2007 and still to this day I get the most compliments on my engagement ring because it was custom designed at Goldsmith so I am proud to say that no one else has my wedding ring.
