Although the facility is great and the kids learn well here, interested teachers beware! You are not allowed to converse with parents on the childs behavior! Nor are you allowed to associate with any fellow employee outside of work for fear of on-the-job disputes. Nevermind that you are a professional! It is especially bad when the General Manager is not around. The 'Next in Charge' goes on a complete power trip. If you have the guts to stand up to them, you're in for a wild ride! For your things will 'go missing', your lunch will be given away, and I cannot do a single thing correct. BE WARNED!!
