The owner refers to her business as a cage less "day
spa". She allows first time customers' dogs to run
around with other dogs they aren't familiar with.
I've seen this first hand. Some dogs are aggressive
with other dogs, or want to mount them. I've seen
senior dogs that could barely walk, have to be
herded into separate rooms to avoid being hurt by
another dog. She will talk the customers' ears off
with seemingly endless stories about her failed
businesses, injuries, her thieving, alcoholic,
unreliable former employees and her miserable woes.
Yet, she's still so "full of personality" and
"knowledgeable" about so many subjects, because she
has so much to say and so little time to say it. She
will inform you about your dog. This engagement is a
manipulation so clients will continue to patronize
her business. I've seen customers repeatedly say
they were busy and had to leave and she'd continue
to talk. The "deals" she offers aren't worth the
"schmoozing" or pressure/shame tactics used to keep
your business. She doesn't care for her clients or
their pets. She just wants their business. She's a
phony social climbing opportunist. I don't recommend
anyone, no matter how desperate, patronize this
business venture or any other attempted business she
may have in the future.
